2025 Biles Invitational Info Sheet

In order to place a deposit and hold your team's spot for the upcoming 2025 Biles Invitational, you need to follow the steps outlined below:

• Fill out the Summary Registration Form.
• Submit summary form and payment.
• By Mail | Send the form and check for $200 to the address listed in the document. 28865 Birnham Woods Dr. Spring, TX 77386
• Electronically | Email the form to meetdirector@wccgym.com AND call the gym 281-292-6284 to submit payment by credit card. (subject to a 3% surcharge).
• This deposit only holds your club's spot for the upcoming competition. You will still need to submit an updated Summary Form & full payment.
• Nonrefundable deposits will not be accepted after July 31st.
• Your athlete's registration cost is subject to the date on which you submit your payment (postmarked by mail or the date you request to pay by credit card).
• If full payment is sent by September 1st your club will pay $140 per athlete.
• If full payment is sent between September 2nd and October 1st you will pay $150 per athlete.
• If full payment is sent between October 2nd and November 18th you will pay $160 per athlete.
